Before I actually go through and get IESpell I will be sharing some information about it. Firstly, I can't comment on the program because I have not downloaded it. I'm sure you'll be shocked at what I'm about to tell you next. I'm going to tell you how to download this program, which will let you know if it's a free download or not.
When using Windows, go to the start menu by pressing ''. From there, find the 'My Computer' tab, click on it and then look under the search option to find 'IE Spell'. Select this program and then click the option to save the file to your hard drive. At this point, you may think that I'm wasting your time, but the only thing that you're doing is saving a file to your hard drive. By doing this, if you decide that the file is not compatible with your computer system, you can go back and redo your search to find out if it's correct. There are several software's available online that will do this for you; however, I feel that if you want a high quality software that will ensure that your spelling is correct, then it's best to download from an online site.

So what I would advise you to do is to look for a download link that is either for Windows, Mac or Linux at one of the websites below. You may have to download the software from one of these sites, but if you do this, you will ensure that you're always using the latest version of the program.
